David Sadler is a second-generation memorialist. His father, Jim Sadler, started in the monument business in 1958 and started David early in life, learning the basics of monument production — and a great love was developed for the business then.

Our story

A new chapter in memorial work.

David and his wife, Cindy Sadler, moved to Hobbs, NM to begin a new chapter in memorial work, founding Sadler & Son Monument Works in 1986. David has built a successful, family-owned business — one that will continue to grow. Every memorial is made in-house, in granite and marble.

Sadler & Son is now becoming a third-generation business with Douglas Sadler — a fine arts stone designer, raised in the business, with over 20 years of experience.

Sadler and Son Monument Works offers customized designs and shapes to help families create a beautiful place to visit forever. Available at all times, we have design consultants who can help you with ideas for your memorial. We can email, fax, or mail to-scale computer drawings of your ideas to share with other family members.
